First Varsity tourny of the year starts out with a 5th place finish as a team out of 60+ teams and 5 individual placers that consists of 1 tournament champion! Tiki Jaime lead the team by becoming 160 lb CHAMPION! Cece Boyd bounced back with a 3rd place finish! Cianna Riley came back and pinned her opponent for a 5th place finish! Caley Ortiz continued to impress by climbing back into the bracket and placing 7th! Tatiana Guevara showed the heart of a champion by claiming 8th place in a stacked 101 lb weight class! With only 9 out of 14 weight classes covered, we were able to showcase our talents and show everyone WE ARE COMING!! All of our wrestlers contributed to our finish such as Julianna Montoya, Jamileh Munoz, Jenae Acero, Danae Merlo, Cameron Ortiz & Katie Cunningham!
